Santiago Solines Moreno is a Senior Partner at the Law Firm. He holds a master’s degree in Energy Law and Business and another in Government and Public Administration. He is currently in his second year of a master’s degree program in Political Communication in The George Washington University. He has done postgraduate studies in Ecuador in Governance and attended open courses on Urban Planning and in Government Procurement Law. He has attended international courses in Political Management and Public Policies, mainly in the United States, Spain, and Chile.
In his professional career, he has specialized in corporate and commercial issues and government procurement, acting as the lead attorney in important mergers and acquisitions in Ecuador. He has a wide range of experience in forming joint ventures and other companies, as well as participating in government procurement processes, mainly in energy industries. In the political sphere, he has held noteworthy positions in government ministries.
