Jacek specialises in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance, and financial sector regulation. He advises on complex transactions for both public and private sector clients, including cross-border M&A, capital raising, and privatisations.
Agnieszka specialises in real estate and infrastructure projects, advising on industrial, logistics, retail, and office facilities, as well as energy, road, and railway developments. Lidia represents clients in commercial, civil, and administrative court proceedings.
