Alfonso Sepúlveda García

Founding Partner. Alfonso has extensive experience in complex cross-border litigation and dispute resolution. His practice includes ADR processes, such as arbitration, mediation, and collaborative law. He handles disputes across various fields, including product liability, product recalls, forum non conveniens (FNC), obtaining evidence abroad, recognition and enforcement of international arbitration awards, injunctions, and voluntary agreements. He is adept at managing proceedings under various Hague Conventions.

Habib Díaz Noriega

Partner with extensive experience in resolving disputes in diverse legal areas, including constitutional law, amparo, bankruptcy, intellectual property, civil, commercial, family, and administrative law. He is a recognized expert in amparo and has represented foreign companies in government contract disputes before Mexican courts. In family law, he has represented individuals in controversies related to divorce, alimony, child relocation, custody, international child abduction, and domestic violence.
