Rogério da Fonte is a founding partner at Da Fonte Advogados. He has extensive experience in Infrastructure Projects, Administrative law, Construction agreements, and Corporate law, having advised some of the largest construction companies in Brazil. From 2000 to 2010, he was responsible for the firm’s office in Angola. Besides his education in Law in Brazil, Rogério has a graduate degree in Business Administration from Harvard University, USA.
Rodrigo Colares is a senior partner at Da Fonte Advogados. Mr Colares has extensive experience in M&A, Investment Structuring, International agreements and Information Technology law. He has advised several prominent Brazilian and international technology companies and worked for more than 3 years in Madrid negotiating deals in the UK, the Netherlands, Portugal, Angola and other countries. Rodrigo obtained Law degrees both in Brazil and Spain, an LLM in IT Law (UK) and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
